HOUSE of BOTTA provides free UK only returns with Collect Plus, meaning that free returns are provided for UK customers only. Returns from outside of UK will need to be paid by the customer unless vendor/brand of the purchased item provides paid returns. 

Please, be aware that some products are nonreturnable due to vendor's Terms and Conditions. Each product has a clear description which indicates if the product is returnable or not. 

HOUSE of BOTTA is a marketplace where vendors from all over the world sell their products and we have to respect their trading policy.  

For most products, you have 14 days to return or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancellable goods only. Goods that cannot be returned/exchange will be highlighted as such on the relevant product page.


How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after completing your order. If you have time to cancel your order simply sign into your account, click on ‘my orders’, find the relevant order and then ‘cancel order’. The status of this order should then change to ‘Cancelled’. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the House of Botta customer service team and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller). When you place an order with House of Botta, your funds are reserved for us – however we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent across to our designers. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
