Questions for vendors

Why haven't I had a response to my application?

If you have applied to sell with House of Botta, please ensure that you have provided all of the relevant information and images of your brand and products. Wait 10 working days and make sure you have checked your junk or spam folder!

 

Do I have to pay an annual membership renewal fee or listing fees?

There is no membership or annual fee to list your brand on our website. We only charge 10% commission on any items sold.

 

Can you review my application without photographs of my products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to review applications without images of products. You can share your photographs by supplying us with a website address where your photographs can be found. This can be a link to an online photo sharing application, such as DropBox (other applications are available).

 

Do I need professional images of my products to be accepted?

No. However, please consider that well lit, high-quality photography maximises sales for our vendors. From experience, photos of products on dark backgrounds do not work as well.

 

Questions for customers

I am not UK-based, can I still shop?

Yes, our vendors ship their products internationally. However, restrictions do apply. Please see each designer’s product page for specific delivery information and charges.

 

I haven’t received my item yet, who do I contact?

If you have placed an order 10 working days ago and you haven’t received your order yet, don’t worry. Simply contact a member of our customer service team here and we will review the progress of your package for you.

 

I want to order 2 items from 2 different vendors? What happens next?

Shop as you normally would and we will take care of the rest! Our easy online purchasing platform allows you to add items from your basket from every single designer featured on our website. When you get to the checkout, if a delivery charge applies to you, this will be charged separately per designer you are buying from. You will receive the items in individual packages, so please don’t panic if your items don’t arrive at once.

 

My item doesn’t fit, how do I return it?

At House of Botta we pride ourselves in bringing you the most unique, stylish and high-quality products. We realise that sometimes items may not be right, such as the style or fit. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service team here. Or, simply log on to your customer account and press return next to the item you wish to return. You will receive email with information how to return the item and get a full refund.

 

I have not received my refund

We expect our parcels to be refunded within 10 working days of reaching us. However, it is important to note that this does not include your bank's processing time. We will email you to let you know once the package has arrived and that your refund has been processed. If you have received a refund confirmation email but can’t see the funds in your account, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information. Please note that refunds are subject to the condition the item is returned in. Labels and tags must still be attached and there must be no signs of wear on the garment or product.
